Here is some information on ‘Seoul Beautiful Show’ purchased goods for foreign customers.
Many foreign customers have made pre-order purchases online.
Because most of the online contents are written in Korean,
it seems like most of foreign customers have placed the orders by mistake.
We wish to inform you that
All the ‘Beautiful Show’ goods currently displayed online will not be delivered.
You can only make pre-order purchases online and the items will be available
for pick up in front of the concert booth on February 4th and 5th.
1. For customers who made pre-order purchases and who are attending the concert
If you have made pre-order purchases online and you are attending the concert,
please bring a form of identification (i.e., passport) that will help us confirm
that you are the one who made the purchase and a copy of your Order List
(My page > Order list > Click the product name > Print order list) to pick up your items.
Please be careful when you make pre-order, all the beautiful goods are only valid for the date stated on each title.
In order to change the receipt date, please
e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the Order Code and Your Name by February 2nd, 2pm.
Please write “Reschedule Beautiful show goods receipt date” on the subject line of the email.)
All the international pre-order which is not paid by February 2nd, 2pm will be canceled automatically.
Fans who did not make pre-order purchases can also buy “Beautiful Show” goods in front of concert booth.
Goods will be sold on a first come, first served basis.

First Session: 10AM ~ 4PM
Second Session: 1 hour after the show ends
2. For customers who made pre-order purchases but are not able to attend the concert
All the pre-order purchases that are not picked up on Feb. 4th or 5th will be cancelled automatically
and the opportunity to buy the goods will be given to other customers.
In order to get your full refund, please e-mail us at email@example.com
with the Order Code and Your Name by February 2nd, 2pm.
Please write “Refund” on the subject line of the email.
Unfortunately, our web system is not able to process international purchases and shipping at this time.
We are diligently working to have this system in place so that we can accommodate our international customers.
More detailed information on how to pay or how to get items delivered abroad
will be posted on the Notice Board in English as soon as our international system is up and running.
